Raheel graduated from the University of Leicester, having studied BA Economics and Law, in 1999. Raheel completed his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Store Street, London and qualified as Solicitor in 2002. Raheel worked at several High Street Law firms prior to establishing Aman Solicitors Advocates, London, in 2003.

Raheel is the Managing Director and the Compliance Officer (COLP and COFA) at Aman Solicitors Advocates.

Raheel is an accredited Senior Caseworker and Supervisor under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Law Accreditation.

Raheel is the head of the Immigration department and has 20 years of experience in the fields of Immigration, Nationality and Asylum law. Raheel has represented clients in relation to applications for leave to remain, entry clearance and appeals to the Immigration & Asylum Chamber. Raheel also has extensive experience with respect to Judicial Review applications to the Upper Tribunal (Immigration & Asylum Chamber) and the Administrative Court division of the High Court of England and Wales as well as appeals in the Court of Appeal (Civil Division).

Under Raheel’s supervision the Immigration Department have achieved many notable successes in the Immigration and Asylum Chamber the most notable of these cases related to asylum applicants from Kuwait and Syrian leading to the current Country Guidance of;

1. KB (Failed asylum seekers and forced returnees) Syria CG UKUT 00426 (IAC)

2. NM (documented or undocumented Bidoon: risk) Kuwait CG [2013] UKUT 356 (IAC)

Raheel also has experience in Islamic wills, personal injury, civil litigation and family law.
