Appeals & Judicial Review

Aman Solicitors Advocates has experience in advising, assisting and representing clients in their appeals in what is now known as the Immigration and Asylum Chamber of the First-tier and Upper Tribunals, the Court of Appeal and the apex court, formerly the House of Lords but now the Supreme Court. All of our staff are well versed in the correct procedure to be followed and the requirements to succeed. We have a team of advocates who have experience of successfully representing clients in all of these courts, with the ability to argue complex legal issues.

Aman Solicitors Advocates has also represented, and continues to represent, many clients in applications for judicial review in the High Court. Judicial review is a process whereby a decision can be declared to be unlawful. Aman Solicitors Advocates prides itself on being able to identify where judicial review is the best option for a client and representing its clients throughout the entire process. In this context the firm has secured compensation for immigrants and asylum seekers who have been unlawfully detained.
